At Blue Ridge Roofing, we treat your request as a custom project. When you contact us by email, from our website, or by phone, we will schedule a visit to your home. We carefully listen to your concerns and ask questions for clarification. Then, we thoroughly inspect your building, take measurements, and develop a proposal with one or more solutions to address your specific situation. For new construction projects, we can develop proposals based on the architectural drawings you provide to us. You will always receive a written proposal that outlines in detail our recommendations.

We do not use "per square" pricing and cannot provide quotes over the phone. Every project is different and presents unique challenges and considerations that we want to consider when preparing our recommendations to you.
When you decide to move forward with your project, we enter the project into our work schedule when a signed proposal is received. Our lead time to start an installation project can vary. There are occasions when we can get to a project in as little as 1-2 weeks. However, during busy seasons of the year, the lead time can be as much as 6-8 weeks or more. For projects that are time sensitive, the earlier we become involved, the more likely it is that we can get to the work within your required schedule.
Our projects are managed by a site supervisor who is responsible for the oversight and progress of the project. This individual is a skilled roofing professional and is specifically trained for the type of work being performed. Our supervisor, along with his team, will quickly respond to your questions and concerns as the project progresses.
