(1) Jeb communicated with us throughout our experience and did his best to update us and provide scheduling information,
(2) The crew removed an old antenna for us and asked once they were up there about removing a no-longer-in-use stove pipe (YES, please!),
(3) We originally planned to have both the front and back gutter replaced, but once they saw the back gutter up close, they advised us that it really did not need replacement, saving us money!
(4) They left our yard cleaner than it was originally - no nails, old shingles, or debris left lying around!"

He showed up on his way home with a temporary patch to prevent rain in the forecast from bringing the ceiling down if it leaked again. And he explained the professional way the company would repair the roof leak once an appointment is scheduled.
