Jerry Bach
Jerry is owner and President of Blue Ridge Roofing, Inc. and manages the day-to-day operations of the company. He oversees the scheduling of new projects as well as the progress of projects currently underway.
Terry Decatur
Terry is our bookkeeper and manages many of our HR functions. In addition, you may be greeted by her cheerful voice when you call our office.
Bruce Martin
Bruce’s focus is on the estimating and sales side of the business. He spends most of his time talking with homeowners and building contractors about their projects, investigating problems, and identifying solutions to their issues.
Jason "Jeb" Bach
Jeb is an Estimator and Project Coordinator. After several years as an installer and leading a crew, he now utilizes his experience and knowledge to work with clients to develop effective solutions for their problems and to help them accomplish their goals for new roof installations. He is also involved in the design and fabrication of some of our custom sheet metal work.
Jeremy Bach
Jeremy is our Service Manager. Repair work is a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, and Jeremy is constantly moving and solving problems for his clients. He is also involved in much of our flashing fabrication work in the sheet metal shop.
Angela Bach
Angela is our Receptionist and Service Coordinator. She performs much of the background work involved in getting projects, materials, and crews aligned for our upcoming work.
Brian Christian
Brian has extensive experience installing a wide range of roofing projects. He supervises most of our asphalt, cedar, metal and aluminum guttering projects. In addition, he is experienced installing membrane roofing and natural and synthetic slate systems.
Tracy McCauley
Tracy is our primary Repair Technician. Tracy has years of experience working with a wide range of roofing materials and applications. He enjoys the challenge of understanding a particular problem and quickly solving it.
Brian Todt
Brian is our metal roofing foreman. He has experience installing standing seam roofing systems on a wide range of home styles and designs. In addition, he is skilled in gutter system and membrane roof system installations.
Jerry Swisher
Jerry is a skilled metal fabricator. He has years of experiencing working on roofs and fabricating the metal components required for our projects. He now works mostly in our sheet metal shop making our custom items.
